We were referred to Cameron Fernandez to handle our pursuit of permanent guardianship for our grandchild. This was a difficult and unusual case but from our first meeting we knew we had made the right choice in representation. Mr. Fernandez is professional, down to earth, and accessible. He provided us excellent counsel throughout this challenging process and was always well prepared. Greyson has been wonderful and we are still in the middle of the divorce, but even though sometimes I get overwhelmed with the process he supports me. Obviously all supports costs $, but I appreciate his patience and knowledge and understanding of the law as well as human feelings. I am honest and I appreciate that we are working on establishing fair and reasonable settlement. Hopefully my divorce will finalize soon with even more positive reviews. Divorce is terrible. This process was awful. I was one of those stories you only hear about. Greyson and Cameron saw me through it. They didn’t bully, they didn’t posture, they didn’t play dirty. They played fair and respectfully. These were important to me because as I learned as a kid, it’s not just about the win but how you played the game. My goal was to make it to the end of this process with my kids and integrity intact. At times when I was emotional and reactive, Greyson was there to take the cooler heads prevail approach. Its going to cost you, but if you can stretch your finances to secure your role as a parent in your children’s lives, then it will all be worth it. I took the long game approach with Greyson and Cameron. It paid off. I have my kids and my life back.

For the past four years I have been in a nasty and very difficult divorce. My case has many different aspects, which would make any normal person’s head spin. I had a previous attorney, who was very nice and I liked as a person, but in my opinion was over his head with my case and failed me in court. When my divorce finalized, it was by no means the end of my troubles. Due to additional ongoing shenanigans by my ex-husband, I was not out of the court system and I started representing myself in an effort to save what little money I had left. Eventually, significant events with my ex-husband kept reoccurring to where I needed true legal representation, but there was no way I was going to use my old attorney. I did some pretty extensive research of attorneys around the county and came across some of Cameron’s reviews. Many of the details people gave describing Cameron’s personality and his handling of their cases really resonated with me, and so I decided to give his office a call. Cameron was very friendly and warm the first time I spoke with him. He recognized the difficulties and challenges my case presented, but he didn’t seem fazed and agreed to take me on. Like his website states, no case is too complex nor too basic for his team, and that’s completely accurate. I won’t get into the details regarding why I filed for divorce, but I will touch on one point that was the crux of my whole case. I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps other people and gives guidance to those who have similar situations as mine. Prior to filing for divorce, my ex-husband was diagnosed by a mental healthcare professional as exhibiting Narcissistic Personality Disorder. At the time I didn’t put too much thought into it. In hindsight I should have put all my effort into learning about narcissism because after filing for divorce, the ramifications have ripped my world apart. If you don’t believe me, just do a simple Google search on divorcing a narcissist and you’ll see what I mean. It was so bad that I had two attorneys tell me on separate occasions this was the worst divorce they had seen. The reason I’m mentioning this is if you suspect your spouse exhibits narcissistic tendencies and you’re contemplating divorce, you absolutely must retain the services of an experienced attorney that has dealt with cases such as mine, recognizes the seriousness of how every detail needs to be handled, and most importantly is not a wallflower in the courtroom. If this sounds like something you may run into if you’re considering divorce, then Cameron is your man! He is very savvy with these kinds of cases, methodical in his strategy, and pretty accurate in his predictions of how the courts will rule based on the evidence presented. He will be upfront and honest with you, but he’s in no way curt or abrasive. Cameron wants to do the best he can for his clients in an efficient and ethical manner, and he delivers. I cannot stress enough how important it is to get a really good attorney prior to entering a divorce you know will be contentious. Then you won’t learn the hard way like I did. Thank you Cameron for everything. You really have been a life saver.

When I began working with the firm, I was not sure what to expect. I knew I wanted to work with someone who understood the law and had a great rapport with not only other attorneys, but with the court personnel. I am so incredibly grateful that attorney Justin Arnold was placed in my path. He was very understanding and patient but is aggressive when he needed to be. He is intelligent, does comprehensive research and made sure the documents he prepared were top notch. His staff prides themselves on helping clients and being available to answer questions that arise throughout the process (it can get crazy). I have 100% confidence in him and would recommend him to everyone without hesitation.

I wanted to give Andrew Tran a shout out for helping with my divorce case as well as my restraining order case. He responded quickly and was very diligent in my case. He helped me get the things I needed done to keep my daughter and I safe. If he didn't know the answer he worked with his collogues to find the answer as my case was a little more difficult since the other party was incrassated. It made the process a lot easier having him as I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own.

Carmen Kalashian represented me during a child support case that had been getting too lengthy and too messy for me to continue without council. She was professional, timely, and always made me aware of the best options. She helped me through a really rough time and was genuinely happy for me once we were done with court. I can't recommend her enough!!!

I wasted an enormous amount of money and more than five years with a different attorney before I bit the bullet and made a change to Mr Fernandez. Five stars really isn't enough to convey how pleased and grateful I am that I made that change. If you begin with Mr Fernandez, as I dearly wish I had done, I'm confident you'll feel the same. I just want to list a few specifics: 1. Because I was changing attorneys, I had 13 boxes (!) of files from his predecessor and it did take some time for Mr F. to wade through it all. Once he had finished, there was never a time when he didn't have every bit of the case "at his fingertips" so to speak. His memory is phenomenal and despite being a very busy attorney, he always seemed to be completely conversant with every aspect of my case. 2. And this is a BIG one: Never, ever, did Mr F. say or do ANYTHNG that could be even remotely interpreted as "dragging things out". I am of the opinion that his predecessor and the opposing counsel did exactly that (billing by the hour is certainly an incentive for that kind of behavior) and I was on very high alert for more of the same. Didn't happen!! Mr F moved toward the goal of resolving all outstanding issues promptly and expeditiously--exactly as one would hope an excellent attorney would do. 3. If something needs doing, Mr F does it. He doesn't wait to be asked. His predecessor had neglected to finish a process called "bifurcation" with the result that I remained married when I thought I was then single. He had forgotten--or hadn't bothered--to draft the necessary court order to complete the process. Mr F mentioned one day that he had finished that up "because he knew I was concerned about it". I hadn't asked him to do the work but he knew it needed to be done and he did it. 4. Legal issues can be complex and difficult for the layman to understand. Mr F. has excellent communication skills. He explained everything clearly and carefully as needed. He didn't waste time over-elaborating; nor did he cut corners when I needed more explanation. 5. Mr F is very, very smart and on top of the conversation. For example, at a recent settlement conference, the other party submitted a claim for reimbursement for some expenses that they felt should be my responsibility. In that circumstance it appears to me that there is an expectation on the part of attorneys that they tell each other the truth and so I have an impression that, once the reasoning for the claim is agreed to as it was in this instance, that the numbers themselves would not be questioned. However, Mr F didn't omit to carefully examine the document and quickly noticed that some values had been (accidentally I assume) double counted. That recognition saved me 1/2 of the total. It would have been very easy to skip that mental step and no one, especially I, would ever have noticed. 6. Mr F. isn't only likeable--though he certainly is. He's totally respectable. He's someone you'd want for your neighbor. The one bit of advice I'd offer regarding Mr. F is this: Ask his advice and then follow it! There were two instances in which I was convinced that I was right about something and he, surely, was wrong. So I spent a lot of my own time, and some of his, arguing those points. Fortunately, in time I came to realize the error of my ways. When Mr F says something like "I know you feel morally entitled to that money but the court isn't going to see it that way" just say 'ok' and content yourself with the knowledge that you saved $2000 by not arguing in the courtroom. I'm sorry for you that you find yourself needing an attorney. I couldn't feel more strongly that Mr Fernandez is the best you can find.

I needed help / advice with a personal matter, so I contacted the office. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the attorneys I spoke to wanted to help me. I scheduled an appointment and was seen with no delay, to say I was extremely impressed with my visit dose not express my gratitude. It is with pleasure I take the time to talk about my experience and at the very least..... 5 + stars.

This "firm" is a joke. All they do is make up their "evidence" and provide false, sensationalized claims. This is an absolute mockery of the justice system - don't waste your money. Find a group of lawyers who actually have integrity and don't have to rely on grasping at straws.
