I am beyond frustrated with the appalling level of customer service I received when trying to get basic information about a closing contract for a real estate transaction. I called the attorney’s office, and not only was I met with rude, dismissive behavior, but the receptionist actually hung up on me… twice. I was simply trying to get some details, and instead of being helped, I was treated like a nuisance.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy is unbelievable. If this is how they treat potential clients seeking important information, I can’t imagine how they handle actual business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office if you expect even a shred of basic respect or customer service. Zero stars if I could give them that
