He's been sanctioned numerous times for DISAPPEARING on clients - not doing the work and unable to prove his hours. He will take a retainer, sign on and then demand thousands more for a simple litigation case where he never wrote 1 complaint or filed 1 motion. When you ask him what is going on .... he sends you a a request for more money??? why? what did he do? He can't answer that and when you ask him WHY? he curses at you and say's " I am allowed I am a lawyer" ! Yup, I can't be more accurate other than to show you text messages and listen to voicemails from him. -
He's truly unethical and will sign on just to get the payment and then it's a completely different person after that..... - he has no interest in practicing law other than collecting money from people who are in need of legal services. He is super unethical -
