I spoke with Nancy and she was very caring and wanted to make sure we were okay before talking about logistics. She let me know that she would pass my information on to an attorney and they would be in contact with me. Within one business day, I received a call from Tyler who walked me through my options and made sure I knew that I would be taken care of during a very unfamiliar process. At the end of the call, Tyler let me know he wanted to discuss my case with other attorneys and that he would call me back at the beginning of the week.
