Read MoreThis is one of those times where If I could give TBS Law (TBS) 6-stars, I certainly would. We had a closing at their offices this morning, and having been at many closings in my lifetime, I know the difference between good service and bad service. When my wife and I arrived at TBS earlier today, we were greeted by "Danielle." Aside from a huge smile as she greeted us, Danielle was kind enough to offer us coffee or water. Not going to lie... the fact that they had Cafe Bustelo was a huge bonus, but all kidding aside, Danielle was awesome! Shortly thereafter, Samantha entered the room with a kind greeting. As the signing session proceeded, we were both blown away with Samantha's ability to answer any questions without getting annoyed. When she came across something that seemed awry in the paperwork, instead of guessing, Samantha took the time to look into a few things to make sure it was 100% correct. We really appreciated her attention to detail. There's nothing better than doing business with people that are professional, but more importantly, truly seem like they care. I can't stress that point highly enough. That said, if you have any Title needs in your future, allow me to save you some time. Don't bother thinking about it. Simply get in touch with TBS and they'll take great care of you.
