I wanted to take a few moments to share my experience with your Tax Tiger office located in Fairfield, CA.
I have been at issue with the IRS for ten (10) plus years. I have searched for years to find a tax attorney/office to assist me with an Offer in Compromise (OIC). I had previously hired three (3) other firms...at different times...to help me with my issues with the IRS. These other law firms dragged out the process without accomplishing anything but taking my money, The last office before I contacted Tax Tiger was the firm "Optima Tax." I was so disgusted with them, that I gave up pursuing the OIC for a couple years thinking that there were no legitimate companies out there that could help.
Luckily, I decided to try one more time! Ms. Dunbar and her staff were excellent from the very beginning. They were prompt at returning my phone calls and always kept me apprised of the status of my case. Ms. Dunbar was readily available to discuss any questions or concerns that I was having (And, I had a lot). Julia's upbeat and positive attitude helped me tremendously during this challenging time.
I have referred her office to my accountant and others! I so appreciate the great care that I received.
