Read MoreDon't know if i had bad luck but I haven't gotten my tax return. This place came highly recommended to me. I filed 3/25, the first time I felt it was my mistake for not properly mentioning my healt care form. Went back and the lady was super nice and helped me fax it back 4/25. Now I called the irs 6/21 and my 2015 and 2016 are on the same tax form for 2016. The person had sent in my 2015 info onto the 2016 form therefore the irs didn't process my 2016 correctly. Now I have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks. As the Irs now has to changes my 2015 to the 2015 form. I would still give it another chance with them. Also I am a first time tax payer.
