Read MoreOn January 10th, I had a consultation at 1030 A.M. I was told that my complaint had merit that "we" needed to mail a certified demand letter to get the ball rolling." I was also told that I needed to provide a copy of my mother's trust and will. Which I had with me. I provided everything they needed before I walked out the door. Nothing, no demand letter was sent, no response, no phone call, nothing. It is almost impossible to find an attorney that gives a darn about anything except lining their pockets with money.
