Expert, personable team with great integrity!
We never thought we would be in the position to sue someone but here we are and have learned a lot thanks to this team. After buying our first home, we discovered the previous owners covered up serious foundation issues but neglected to disclose anything on the Seller's Disclosure, therefore committing fraud. We met with multiple lawyers to hear our case, including a a consultation with Matthew Stout and he clearly stood out among the rest. He understood our situation, explained the process & several options we could take, was very informative, answered a ton of our questions, and wanted to reach a conclusion tailored to our concerns without compromising integrity. He did not pressure us into any decisions in the entire process. He gave us information-, explaining pros, cons, and potential outcomes- so we could make an informed decision on our own.
The team at Stout law took the time to understand us and our situation and truly stood for us. They represented our values and perspectives throughout the entire process when deliberating with the opposing party. The team was thorough and firm in their stance and demands to the opposing party. They are extremely knowledgeable of real estate law, including relevant case studies, which was evident all along the way. When we confronted the opposing party, the team at Stout Law expertly captured our concerns and communicated them forthright. They also were forthright with demands to reach a legal conclusion.
Matthew always gave us an opportunity to review communications before they went out to ensure we were on the same page. We had several back-and-forth communications with the opposing party and Matthew kept us involved every step of the way- not just involved/present, but participants. We feel like they truly represented us throughout the entire situation.
