My initial call was disconnected by a representative named Casey, which was frustrating. On my second attempt, I spoke with Sarah, who was very professional and courteous. However, when I asked for additional information, I didn't receive much help.
Moreover, I was not given any timeframe for when my clients could potentially meet with the firm, which is crucial for planning purposes. Overall, I didn't feel that Stone Law, LLC was interested in accommodating new clients. As a fiduciary who prioritizes my clients' best interests, this lack of attention and assistance was disappointing.
