From the initial phone call to the final signing of Dad's Trust, every option was clearly explained, both in print and face to face in our meetings. The attention to detail and organization of all materials was professional and exceptionally done. Everybody we talked to - in person, on the phone or through email, were pleasant and friendly. All of this speaks highly of an extraordinary Team!
But, even more than all of that, I am grateful for how Leina worked with, and treated Dad. She always greeted and talked with Dad before getting down to business, making sure he could see and hear by asking him directly. The focus, conversation, and meeting were with Dad. I appreciate this simple act more than you know. As my parents have aged and slowly needed help with communication there have been several times when they have felt "invisible" as others have talked ABOUT, but not TO, them and made assumptions that Mom or Dad didn't understand.
