Stacie Sobosik and Byron Mousmoules, attorneys with Sobosik Law in Medford, Massachusetts, demonstrated the breadth of their legal expertise and knowledge when I hired them to represent me in a particularly complex worker's compensation case. They explained the legal process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, but were never condescending. They worked diligently with me and even traced my case back for six to nine months prior to my hiring them. Through their research they found that I was not paid enough for my first case and was able to secure that money in a larger settlement during their case using that previous information. They adequately prepared me for my day before the judge to prevent me from becoming flustered in a unformiliar setting where opposing counsel posed confrontational questions. I felt calm and confident with them by my side. Most people would think they should hire a large law firm to represent them. I totally disagree. Being a smaller firm they had the time to devote to me. I never felt like I was a number or they were working for anyone else but me. Any time I called with a question or dropped into they office without an appointment ( even with my dog) they greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, eager to help me in any way. Their receptionist,Natalie, is so sweet and kind. She also knows English, Spanish and Portuguese in case you need an interpreter. She always greeted me by name and offered to copy or fax anything I needed. They are warm and friendly and treated me like “family”. I felt completely taken care of. Their credentials are impeccable. Their legal training and expertise are evident in their interaction with other lawyers, paralegals, courthouse staff and clients. Their "bedside manner" is subtle, warm and befriending. I actually felt that they cared about me as a person who was wronged and not just a client. Stacie and Byron helped me receive a substantial settlement. I could not be happier!! For potential clients seeking legal representation, I highly recommend Attorneys Sobosik and Mousmoules. You can not do better!!
