Read MoreI recently accompanied my clients, who are first-time homebuyers, to their closing at this attorney's office. Unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. The closing attorney came across as dismissive and questioned why I was present for the closing. She frequently referenced her "30 years of experience" in a way that felt unnecessary rather than reassuring.
Important details, such as the handover of house keys, were not clearly explained, and her interaction with my clients’ children over a minor issue felt discourteous. While the closing was completed, the overall lack of warmth and professionalism left a negative impression.
I am giving two stars instead of one only because the receptionist was courteous and welcoming.
