Because I have a complicated family, I do not want to leave any room for misunderstanding when I pass. My estate is small. But I am aware that family members can get hurt over small things during grief and stressful situations like the death of a loved one. So, I'm trying to prevent any conflict when I am no longer here.
Because I have witnessed family disagreements, I wanted to make sure my affairs are clear. So, in 2014 I developed, with an attorney, my Trust. However, over the years I have altered this Trust. I find such matters confusing. I'm always open to learning, thus I continued to read and attend various seminars. I could not believe how many shortcomings were in my Trust. So, I continued to attend seminars and read and study the details. Finally, I decided to totally rewrite my Trust with Regina's help. The difference is amazing.
My new Trust is so organized. All possibilities are covered. There should be no confusion.
I found Regina patient in explaining complicated areas. Her office is low stress and pleasant. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I left with an organized binder and confident I have done everything possible. I am motivated to get all of my paperwork in order. I know if I have questions I can call Regina's office and get answers.
