Read MoreMy overall experience with Scott Lee was mixed. I was referred to him by a friend and went in fully aware that legal services can be expensive, so cost wasn’t my main concern. The issue for me was his availability and communication. Initially, he was very responsive and seemed engaged, but as things progressed, communication dropped off almost entirely.
When it came time to close on my new home — a crucial moment when I needed guidance — he went completely silent. Despite reaching out multiple times with an important question before closing, I never received a response and ultimately had to make the decision on my own. Unfortunately, I was still billed for sending him emails, even though I didn’t receive the support I retained him for, or a response.
He finally reached out two days AFTER closing, but by then it was too late. Even a month after his services ended, I am still receiving bills. Overall, while the start of the process seemed promising, his lack of communication, time and follow-through made the experience frustrating and disappointing.
