At an exceedingly traumatic time in my life when I felt that no one would listen, this law firm became a glimmer of hope in a very dark period. I had a wonderful experience with every person I spoke to at this firm, from the first telephone receptionist to my incredible attorney, Rosie Zilifyan. Rosie's work ethic is second to none-- despite her incredible work load, she never once made me feel as though I was anything less than her number one priority. She kept me apprised of all aspects of my case and worked tirelessly to understand the incredibly complicated aspects of my litigation, which she not only mastered, but fought for until reaching an appropriate outcome for me. At the start, my fight felt impossible-- the entity I faced was bigger and more powerful than any ability I had as a single individual. However, after Shergerian & Associates took my case, I began to feel an efficacy that had been systematically stripped away from me. I can say, with absolute sincerity, that Rosie (and this firm) saved my life, both figuratively and, to a large degree, literally.
