I got told by so many people don’t get a lawyer it’s a waste of time the judge will most likely just lower it blah blah, I didn’t listen I went with my gut feeling, hired Attorney Searcy and it was the best thing I ever did. Not only was he respectful and always willing to answer any questions for me, him and his secretary Betty are truly amazing. I called well over 5 different law firms they were charging about $500-800, Searcy was the only one that was reasonable! The communication between them two is unreal, it was so easy they didn’t make me do a lot of work nor did they add more stress. In fact my case was against a State Trooper, I was going 78 on a 55 swerving in and out of lanes on 264 running late to work due to an emergency. My case was at Virginia Beach Court and Attorney Searcy not only got the judge to just lower my ticket nor try and fight it he got my case DISMISSED! I highly recommend this law firm thank you for all you both did I am extremely thankful!
