Read MoreI never met any of the attorneys or spoke with them. Any communication was with someone answering the phone. She mailed me necessary forms to complete for my disability case. I dropped them off at the office that was locked and I buzzed and she came, opened the door and took my paperwork.
Throughout 10 months, I never received any calls or emails in regard to my case. I however, sent emails and some were answered. The answers were vague, "it takes time". I followed my case on the Social Security website. I contacted the attorney office again and the receptionist said, "oh that's good that your case is moving along". Again, no response from this office. After 10 months and following the SSA website, I was approved. Not one phone call or email from the atty office that I had been approved. 3 weeks later I received a letter from atty office thanking me for choosing this attorney office. They received 25% of my claim. For what? I am very disappointed. Just a heads-up for those who choose this office for assistance.
