Ms. Kristina was quick to work with my insurance company and the at faults to ensure my property claim for my totaled vehicle was expedited. She was friendly in our email and call interactions throughout the process and thorough to ensure I knew what was going on each step of the way. With the accident, came unfortunate and very painful injury. Ms. Mayra was truly a God send to work with at this point.
