The team approach worked exceptionally well, led by Kelly. Our "homework" detailing all assets, titles, etc. in advance of our first meeting set the foundation for the planning to come. We found a couple assets whose titles were incorrect, and the comprehensive review led to discussions in depth defining critical decisions to our overall estate plan.
When the time came to sign the updated plan, we left feeling very confident everything in the details reflected not only our wishes, but also the most recent legal and accounting protocol allowing us to be most efficient possible.
