Erratic driving caught the attention of a concerned citizen who called the police. I was arrested for a first DUI, spent a night in jail and was represented by Mr. Kirshy the next morning where I plead No Contest. I completed the 6-mos. probation and suspension of my MI license. Paid all court costs, fines, and fees. Still because I drove an Alamo rental with no damage to life or property or vehicle I am nearly 7 years later being punished with a DNR (Do Not Rent). My one and only Misdemeaner criminal offense continues to disrupt my family’s life.
