I would never recommend Mr. Rothschild to anyone ever. Let me start by saying I had never had a lawyer before and read his reviews after a car accident I was in and thought he would be a great lawyer. Even after meeting him for the first time, he reassured me that he would help me throughout the case from this point on though he withheld information that I should have known as a client. However, as I continued to call to update him on my treatment, he was unavailable. When I would communicate with his secretary she made it seem like she kept records of what I had said to her but it was not communicated to Mr. Rothschild. My friend had been with me when I first met him and throughout the case to justify everything that I have said as my friend witnessed the occurrence of events as well.Mr. Rothschild did not keep up to date with my records regarding my care nor did he obtain my records from any of my treatment. Mr. Rothschild was not in contact with the insurance agencies involved nor the providers for treatment. I obtained my own records from companies and had them personally sent to him even though that was his job and what he should have been doing himself. I am young and like I said I had not had a lawyer before. Mr. Rothschild used this to his advantage and manipulated me because I had not known a lot regarding car accidents and the process of a case. Upon finding a new lawyer he was surprised that Mr. Rothschild had not explained a great deal of information from the case to me.Mr. Rothschild is a lawyer and he wanted to play doctor and lawyer. He continued to give me medical advice despite not being a doctor nor obtaining my records to form an educated opinion. He told me that there was no way I was still in treatment (physical therapy) from the accident that happened a year ago. Even though I was still in pain and listening to the medical professionals in the field. He argued with me that I was no longer in pain, which I clearly was as I was not able to perform normal activities such as running, sitting for long periods of time, and bending over. He was extremely unprofessional. He yelled at me and cursed at me. I have never been spoken to in such a horrible, degrading, and devaluing way to treat another human. I was literally scared of him.
