I highly recommend Mr. Spitz's law office. The office is clean, comfortable and well furnished. I paid for a consult, which was insightful and I paid for follow up visits. Because of Mr. Spitz's excellent counsel and good recommendations, I was spared or saved from several real estate nightmares.
