He met with me, explained the processes, kept me notified of every transaction BEFORE doing anything and that saved me so much money! Richard would not proceed without my approval and affirmation! A collaborative effort is critical in holding costs down! Richard's staff are kind, courteous and extremely helpful! (The other attorney I'd originally hired was exploitative in his charges and activities and he wasted a lot of phone time, thus causing me to pay so much unnecessarily! Other attorney's paralegal was rude and financially exploitative as well.) Richard's integrity is obviously apparent at his office, in his conduct and genuine concern for his clients, and I will be using him for all my legal needs!
