Read MoreI hired Mr. Russell for an adoption. I explained to him that I was on deadline due to the judges orders. I had an appt on Thursday and he stated he would have it done and sent by Monday. That never happened, so Tuesday I call and email and he States it will be done by the end of the day and he will email me a copy. That never happened, now it's Wednesday and he says he's gonna get too it today. Mind you I already paid $675 down. This man has taken my money, not done what he supposed, and left me with no time to hire another attorney to do his job, not to mention he still has my down payment. He is now not answering my phone calls.
