I paid for a service upfront to complete all the necessary documents from the start of my divorce to the end of my divorce yet dealing with Prestige Legal Documents Kirsty is like pulling teeth. I have constantly had to place calls to her to find out the status of things in which she she be keeping me abreast of only to get an attitude like I am bothering her, mind you she has been paid every dollar she has asked for upfront. Most recently she completed my At Issue Memorandum so that I may proceed to the next step in the processes and when reaching out to her after hearing back from the Kern Family Law that I needed to submit forms 10 days prior to my mandatory I was shocked as I was never informed of this. I reached out to Kristy on several occasions via email making inquiries about this as I needed her to complete them so that I would not be in default. After not receiving any correspondence I have gave up hope and have since moved on elsewhere to have my forms completed for the last leg of the process. It is truly sad to read reviews about what a great job she has done when I know this not to be the case. I reside in Texas so I was at her mercy and trusted her to be a professional and follow through as we agreed especially after paying her what she asked for to complete my divorce. Going back and forth from Texas to Bakersfield is costly and I needed someone who would handle to paperwork for me to put my mind at ease, I did not get it with her. However I did get a lot of stress for her lack of attention and professionalism, lesson learned. I would advise anyone who is considering hiring Prestige Legal Document (Kristy) services to be wise and think it over and research other companies prior to giving this company/woman your hard earned money.
