Read MoreIt was such a pleasure to work with Tom. He is kind, empathetic, proactive, and has a sense of humor! Prior to speaking with Tom, I did do some research and spoke to other lawyers and firms. However, none of the other options showed as much interest and their response turn-around time paled in comparison to Tom’s. Tom really listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel seen and heard. I did not feel this way with my other options as they made me feel like my case was too insignificant to even fight for. I have never experienced a case like this before, which can be quite scary if you’re going through it alone and not knowing how you should approach the situation. Nonetheless, Tom walked me through every step of the way and ensured that I was confident in where I stood throughout the entire process and up to when we were negotiating with the opposing party.
