“Whitney” is who answered in her “SWEET” voice says “Yes, we do PERSONAL INJURY CASES, that’s what we specialize in”.
Then I started explaining my case, two sentences in, she was so QUICK to cut me off and STOP ME DEAD SENTENCE TO TELL ME THEY “DO NOT DO EMPLOYMENT CASES”.
Yet, she hadn’t even heard the rest of what I was going to say.! SMH 🤦♀️
Then after cutting me off she was reluctant to start spewing out of her now sour toned voice all the types of cases they DID DO!
Airplane Crashes, Car Accidents, and so on..
I said okay well mine was”Carbon Monoxide Poisoning”. I told her thank you for her time and hung up as QUICK AS SHE CUT ME OFF.
So, My QUESTION IS.
“I guess that’s not considered a personal injury”!?
And that I find rather odd because I have three other attorneys offices I’ve called that say, this is in fact a PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM.
But then again, THEY LISTENED TO THEIR PROSPECTIVE CLIENT BEFORE BEING SO QUICK TO HANG UP INSTEAD OF LISTENING.
I’m SO SORRY WHITNEY, that Co2 Poisoning has made me SCATTERBRAINED A BIT,(not my choice).
But you should learn that, “PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE”. And that people who suffer personal injuries have different levels of communication because they have SUFFERED PERSONAL INJURY EVEN THROUGH EMPLOYMENT.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you to anyone, that wants to “BE HEARD.
That is HONESTLY THE MOST RUDE 2 MINUTE PHONE CALL I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
