I had a bad experience with the notary service at PJ’s. The person who attended me was named Andrew. I went there to request a notarization for a power of attorney letter. He told me he could not sign or seal anything, claiming it was illegal, even when I showed my identification and documents. This indicates his lack of knowledge. The service he provided was terrible, and he needs more knowledge and a better attitude. I am Mexican, an honest person who came to request a notarization for a power of attorney letter that I need to send to Mexico. His attitude was awful, and to me, it felt like racism. Please avoid coming to this store where they are not capable of serving a diverse clientele.
P.S. I was able to do it at UPS store in Lincoln next to Safeway very professional people.
