They simply pass on wrong information and without knowledge, making you declare your taxes incorrectly. Because of their mistake, I had to pay an absurd amount in taxes and did not have the deduction for my dependent because my ITIN was not active in the years he declared the tax for me. He, as a person who should have "experience," should know that if your ITIN is not active, it does not give you the right to the deduction for dependents in the years your ITIN was inactive. He also reactivated my ITIN after declaring my taxes, and months later I received a letter from the IRS saying that my ITIN was denied. Besides, because I listened to his advice when declaring my taxes to be entitled to the deduction for my daughter and put the recommended amount for it, and the fact that the IRS does not give you the right to the deduction for the situation mentioned above with my ITIN number, the total fine from the previous years that I made, I will have to pay an absurd amount and still without the supposed deduction... terrible experience. Never again!!!!
