We interviewed three legal firms. Will Harty at PWHD took the time to listen to my father-in-law. He came to his house and we spoke in details and decided to hire him. Will showed a real interest in both my in-laws and my father-in-law's case. He worked with an attorney colleague in NY State (where my father-in-law lived when he joined the military and did all his work with asbestos-laden products) and together they developed a plan of action. We had more than 20 companies at the interrogatory which was held at his house. Will and his team worked with all of them - we had settlement offers on the spot from some, and others we had to continue. My father-in-law could not be at the deposition since he was hospitalized and unfortunately passed away before going to court.
