Read MoreFor better or worse, this was the 2nd time I have desperately needed to use the services of attorneys Mr. Parks and Mr. Braxton. I was being charged with my 2nd DUI, 2nd breathalyzer refusal, and DUI with property damage (my vehicle struck a parked truck in an apartment complex). My future looking extremely bleak was an understatement. But through some stroke of luck from the heavens, and the legal abilities of Mr. Braxton and his office, there was hope. Mr. Braxton was fortunately able to get me into a Veteran's program that allowed me to tackle both my legal charges, and more importantly, my underlying substance abuse issues. Both Mr. Braxton and the judge told me it wouldn't be easy to make it through the program, but if I minded my P's and Q's and earnestly worked the treatment program, it would all pay off. On March 21st 2025, I successfully completed the program and ALLLLL 3 charges against me were immediately DISMISSED. Highly recommend the services of Parks and Braxton for ANYONE dealing with DUI related legal issues. And if you are a Veteran in a similar situation, it is absolutely IMPERATIVE that you give them a call, now!!!
