After getting into some legal trouble for poor decision making, I went online searching for an attorney to help me with my case. After researching several attorneys and based on the reviews (which I am always skeptical about), I decided to contact Parker Law Center and do not regret it. From the moment I first spoke to Kellee, I knew that I had chosen the right firm to represent me. Having never gotten into any legal trouble before, I was so scared not knowing what to expect or how I was going to navigate my way through the legal process. Kellee sensed that and immediately made me feel at ease. Not once did she make me feel ashamed for putting myself in my situation. Kellee has vast knowledge of the legal processes involved with my situation and went into detail on how the courts handle cases like mine. She did not give me unrealistic expectations nor did she make false promises. Instead, she was very honest and provided me with best and worse case scenarios. She appeared for me at every court date so I never had to miss time away from work. After each court appearance, Kellee provided me with a detailed update that very evening or first-thing the next morning. Because of her representation, Kellee was able to settle my case at the best case scenario. The ease of accessibility and availability to Kellee was also impressive thanks to her assistant Candice, who is amazing! Candice went above and beyond to assist me even after hours. She went the extra mile and provided me with answers to any questions or issues I was experiencing throughout the legal process even after my case was settled. Candice is extremely knowledgeable and if there is something (rarely) that she did not have an answer for, she got back to me within the timeframe she promised because she knew I was stressed out and cared enough to calm my anxieties. She provided me with the encouragement and support I needed to keep a positive mindset throughout this process. Her customer service is truly exceptional and genuine. I cannot say it enough! I highly recommend Parker Law Center. They are not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, they are kind and compassionate and truly care about their clients!
