Read MoreI am an attorney myself, and for the past 30 years have served as general counsel, working with dozens of attorneys to handle hundreds of cases. I retained Nathan Prescott to assist in a simple Chancery Court involving for my elderly parents. He is among the worst attorneys I have ever encountered. He failed to keep his client informed, routinely missed deadlines and, even when he did engage, his work product was sloppy and ineffective. He is a sad example for the legal profession.
