My father n law passed away so we had to go through probate, we decided to use this firm and it was a mistake!!! First off we showed up at our first appointment with Veronica and spoke with Kevin because "Veronica was in court" so I explained what was going on and we talked about trading my Handyman services for their services. In order to make this deal Kevin told us we had to come back and speak to the attorney (Veronica) and I had to call when Veronica was there to set it up. Which I tried calling and leaving messages for a couple of days before My wife had to call and speak with them to get the appointment with her but when I showed up it was only Kevin again, no Veronica!!! He (Kevin) showed me what they wanted done and told me I would have to make another appointment to meet with Veronica, which I did and when myself and Veronica met up we had the same discussion that myself and Kevin had and we even discussed pricing and who was getting materials. Before I left we had a deal to trade services. They assured us that this was a quick short file case that was not going to be a problem so we started to remodel the home in the meantime. I emailed the firm my estimate and didn't hear back from them so I sent emails and called and left messages for weeks until once again my wife had to call and speak to Kevin who told her (my wife) that the firm did not get my emails or my phone messages so my wife tried to give him time and dates of us trying to call and email them and Kevin informed my wife the the firm had already gotten someone else to do the work and could not take our case, we even told him we would pay them in cash after kevin said they hired someone else and then he said that he would email us some attorneys information that may take the case (which I still have not received)!!! So in end I would recommend that you try anyone else other than this place but that is just my recommendation and you are free to use them if you want but don't be disappointed if something like this happens to you as well.
