They’ve since responded accusing me of being rude to their staff, which is entirely false and feels like an attempt to save face ont their reviews rather than take accountability. At no point was I rude—I simply asked for help.
If this is how they treat potential clients in need of legal support, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
