I have to say I just read all the reviews. I have just been served, the court papers read July, and I was served in Oct. I received letters, etc. from a dozen or more lawyers, all going to fight MJRF. It seems to me that while everyone is knocking this firm, a lot of lawyers are making money off of them, and it seems to be some kind of club. They all belong to the BAR, and it would be easier if the plaintiffs just told MJRF to make settlements, and not tie up the court system. Also, how many of persons complaining actually owe the debt. Mine is from a bank who I used for over 20 years, during Covid I lost my job, from a long-term employer, they may have wanted me to leave, due to my age, company was recently sold, and covid was a good excuse to do that. I owed other bills as well, and all were willing to give me an affordable payment plan, since I am over 80, not much chance of getting other employment. I wanted to make a settlement that could afford with this one plaintiff, and they were not answering, and I have my emails I sent to speak, and they did not get back to me. in either case I do agree the MJRF people may be rude, I did try to call, and they did as yet not call me back. I was thinking of going to one of the lawyers who wrote me, but after reading reviews I think that this is a case of good guy bad guy role playing and all are get rich on it.
I am just surprised that one of the lawyers do not open a tort case and represent all at same time.
I guess all who write in are venting. If I was younger, I guess I would be the same way. I cannot put all blame on MJRF as the companies who employs them most likely demand they act.
as they do. I am just saying as I see this whole thing. First time I ever was in such a situation.
