Read MoreI speak very articulate English, I asked SPECIFICALLY twice this morning to speak with CLIENT SERVICES, Not My Case Manager (Fareed Ford )!!! Whatever his job description is. Nevertheless I didn't listen to the first message Fareed Ford left that was deleted ,because I didn't want anyone else from Morgan and Morgan upsetting me after the incident with Alicia Siplin on June 30th. So I listened to the second message and why was I not surprised with the foolishness. Fareed Ford leaves the nonsense of a message indicating that I received a message indicating you were trying to get in contact with me, But! I don't have any missed calls from you. FYI I wasn't calling to speak with Fareed Ford in the first place, because I know the numbers on my phone and there is no call history indicating that I called Fareed Ford BECAUSE I DIDN'T. Morgan and Morgan please hire people with empathy, who have character and integrity. The above mentioned don't possess those character traits. It's all about them and their selfishness not about the client.#SMH, #I want a different case manager!!
