I met Monica before I had to leave for France and told her I would be following the process (parents divorce sale of property) from miles away. She made sure that things were explained clearly and provided professional advice in a timely matter. I was always informed and she took action when necessary. No time zone difference, COVID, long drives, extremely difficult and negative attitude/behavior from one seller, showings, calls, etc. stopped her from giving it her all and eventually closing the deal.
