The first meeting, scheduled on Zoom, the representative who was to meet with me, Lemuel Juan, was a no show. I emailed the firm and let them know what happened, and that I was happy to meet again.
I set aside time for a meeting the next day. This time, Lemuel was not there. His colleague came on (5 minutes late) and said he was running behind, and that he would call me later. Lemuel did reach out. However, by this point, I was pretty doubtful that this firm would handle my entity setup properly or professionally.
When I pointed this out, he get defensive and said he called me back later, and he does not control how long calls run over. Fine. Is calling people late, when they set aside time for an appointment the service standard at Mollaei Law? Why schedule a call if there's a good chance you'll miss it? Or do you not have any idea of what's going on?
Maybe this firm does great work. I think they put out some good content, which is one reason I didn't leave a one star. However, wasting a potential clients time two days in a row, with gross lateness / complete absence, is not acceptable.
