Read MoreI was fortunate to have been introduced to Dan Miller and Kevin Stern after I was in a horrific vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer. From the moment I first spoke to Dan, I felt that I was not just in good hands, but that I was at the perfect law firm for my needs. Dan and Kevin did their job with incredible professionalism, while at the same time showing genuine care and compassion for me. They kept me abreast of what was going on with my case which was no small task considering that there were several victims in this accident including a fatality. I can’t stress enough how important it is for lawyers to keep their clients in the loop. I work for a physical therapy office where most of our patients have been injured in some type of accident. I hear all the time about how patients’ lawyers don’t stay in touch, don’t return calls and don’t convey important information to their clients in a timely fashion. I never had to worry about that! If there was an update, I was told about it.
Also, as I’ve already said, there were multiple victims in my accident. The driver at fault fell asleep while driving a tractor trailer. Unfortunately, he was underinsured for the the amount of damage he caused. At one point, it looked like I would be lucky if l got my medical bills paid. Kevin and Dan worked hard to get the compensation I needed. I will always be grateful to them and their wonderful staff for all the hard work they did on my behalf.
Lastly, I would like to say that that the accident caused one of the worst times of my life. I was in pain. I lost my job because I couldn’t work. I was broke. And I was incredibly depressed. Not only are Kevin and Dan very skilled attorneys, they are also kind and compassionate men who care deeply for their clients. They truly are exceptional people.
