My experience with the Mike Morse law firm was substandard to say the least.Less than impressed and under whelmed, a pretty miserable experience.Having never needed a personal injury attorney before I did not know what to expect.I never expected any type of large settlement, so my expectations were low to start with and the Mike Morse law firm went far lower than I thought possible.Things were not explained very well, I learned more about the process from YouTube than I did from anyone at the Mike Morse law firm.I got passed from one paralegal and attorney to the next.Forget getting a response to a voice mail or email.I would email requested information and 6 weeks later I would get a call asking me to email the information I already emailed 6 weeks earlier. (This seemed to be a pattern)When I did get a call, I would be asked questions to which I had already emailed that information 6 weeks prior.The exceptionally rare occurrence of speaking with someone, I got attitude when I asked a question and got “run over” when even suggesting something was not explained to me or I was not informed of something (flat out lies) and when they assure you they will check and get back you, forget it, they will never check or get back to you.When you suspect fraud from a provider and let you lawyer know, they don’t care, that fraud comes out of your money, not theirs.Never met or spoke to Mike. (However, he does appear to be a nice guy)Had I read his reviews before hiring him, I would not have hired him, he has great reviews for backpack giveaways and pet adoption events but not so many positive reviews as an attorney.My customer service experience was worse than even car dealerships. (That’s saying a lot)Unless someone is killed, loses a limb or a commercial vehicle is involved in your accident, don’t expect the A team or even an acceptable basic level of customer service.I will say the office staff were personable and did provide an acceptable level of customer service.If I were to need a personal injury attorney in the future or if someone were to ask for a recommendation, I would recommend that they call Sam, not Mike.This is my opinion based on my personal experience interacting with the Mike Morse law firm.Your experience may differ.BTW, I love his Mom commercials.
