Here's what happened:: I sent him an email outlining what I thought my causes of action were and why last Thursday after speaking with him. I called him repeatedly on Friday with him finally e-mailing me from his I-Phone that he couldn't talk with me then but that he would call me on Monday. I called several times on Monday with no response and he called me today, Tuesday, July 25th, 2017, at around 10 am saying that he could talk with me in the next 10 to 15 minutes and if not to call him later. I called him at approximately 3:15 pm the very moment after I received this erstwhile message from him only to get a message from his phone that his voice mail was full and that I couldn't leave a message!
Alicia at Nisar tried to excuse him saying that he has to go to court etc. I have a long-standing emotional disability, although intellectually I'm a genius (! See my MENSA, "Genius Society" practice IQ test score here which I took in 2009 and scored in the 99th percentile of the population on higher than which one can't score although one can get a higher raw score than I got!) and I am harassed night and day by myriad imbeciles and I know better what I'm able to do and when than this guy AND I DON'T MAKE EXCUSES OR VERY RARELY DO I DO SO!
This Mike Freeda guy is disorganized and unprofessional in my informed opinion! I would not suggest to anyone to use Mike Freeda's services; I certainly would not pay him a penny on contingency or otherwise to represent me as I just e-mailed him releasing him from any obligation to try to represent me! I can't really recommend Nisar after this either although I strongly suggested to Alicia that she DOESN'T (!!!) refer Mike Freeda to ANYONE else again! He can only ruin their reputation!
