I had a car accident when I was young and a friend recommended I see Iulo & Rowek Law Firm. That is where I me Michael for the first time. He was part of the team that worked on my case. Michael won my case and I was made whole financially. My case went so well that when my friend Sal asked me if I knew a Personal Injury Lawyer I quickly recommended Michael Rowek. Mike took his case and my friend Sal was very happy with the results. Years later my mom was involved in really bad accident. Again I went to Iulo & Rowek in Passaic NJ. I was told by the firm that Michael had left the firm and opened his own practice in Clifton. Iulo tried to convince me to stay with him but I said no, I need to see Michael. Based on my previous experience with him I did not want to chance my mom’s case with someone I did not know. So I took my mom to Michael’s new office in Clifton. My mom only speaks Spanish. Michael had professional staff that spoke both Spanish and Polish. He really made my mother feel comfortable and that meant a lot to me. He case was complex because it required two (2) law suits. One against the person who hit my mom and the second against her insurance company. The person who hit my mom was under insured so my mom’s insurance would cover her for the diff of what was worth. Mike was successful on both cases. The money from these cases is being used to pay for her Assisted Facility expenses. Thank you Mike.. my mom would not have a place to live if it wasn’t for you. A few years later my dad was rear ended in a car accident. He was hurt bad so again we went to Michael for help. Mike reviewed his case and was able to get a really good settlement. Again our family is really grateful to Mike. Finally back to me. I was working on a house when I had a really bad accident while working off a ladder. I almost died that day. I had about ten (10) operations because of this accident. The insurance company tried everything to dismiss case and each time Mike was able to win and refute all of their arguments. I had a really good job a Citibank but in the end I could no longer work. I am now on SS Disability. If it were not for Mike I would be on the street today. He won the max possible and charged me only a few thousand for expenses. He knew how bad my injury was so he wanted me to walk away with as much as possible. Because of Mike my family lives in a nice house in a good neighborhood of Wayne. My Mom, Dad, and I owe a lot to Michael A. Rowek. I highly recommend Michael for all your personal injury needs. His mind is sharp and he is very capable and the biggest thing for me is he makes you feel like your family. Again I highly recommend Mike for all your Personal injury needs.
