Read MoreWow! Thank you Thank you so much for all you have done. I had been trying for 3 1/2 years to get a loan modification. While dealing with the back and forth tactics of my lender, they decided to foreclose, (which is totally illegal if you are "working with a client on a mod") I did my research, and interviewed 5 different law firms. I decided on McFarlin after speaking with some of their staff, and my decision was confirmed when I met with Timothy. What a down to earth, genuinely nice guy, super knowledgeable and someone that will do whatever it takes to make things right. Immediately they went to work and filed an injunction and eventually got the foreclosure cancelled. The lender agreed to consider my case for a modification. This is when Mary, McFarlin's Legal Secretary (Wonder Woman) stepped i and worked diligently with me for almost a year, hounding the lender and going back and forth until a few days before Christmas 2015. Mary called and I did not answer, she called right back and was so genuinely excited to tell me that we had received a loan modification! All I can say is if you are in the position of possibly losing your home, call McFarlin, they are the best. I would be on the street if it were not for them!
