However, they have indeed been actively involved with our family estate since Augustof 2024. We have had significant interactions, including meetings, calls, and extensive correspondence. It appears they are resorting to desperate measures as other stakeholders within the company may not be pleased with attorneys actions.
It is unfortunate that we are faced with this issue, but it is essential to address it head-on when dealing with such challenges. In my opinion and based on my experience, this conduct displays a lack of integrity, questionable ethics, and a failure to uphold fiduciary duty. I have observed a lackadaisical approach for almost a year, and recent attempts to remove negative but honest feedback from the public domains are concerning.
The persistent lack of communication and other behaviors have prompted further investigation, including legal consultations and conversations with relevant authorities. As per Vermont law and guidance obtained from the Vermont Court, her actions are deemed unacceptable and will be addressed accordingly.
