Read MoreI am so thankful that this dedicated, hard-working attorney helped me to obtain SOLE custody of my 2 yr old son after leaving his father, who had physically abused me and nearly came close to letting me did. Just when I had almost lost hope of ever being able to leave, my doctor gave me the national domestic violence hotline number. I was finally able to get the help I needed and me and my toddler went to a home for women who had been victims of domestic violence. After being there a few days, somehow his family had tracked us down and had gotten a judge to sign an emergency order for custody of my son, placing him right back in the situation I had fought so hard to get him out of. I called Christy McCoy (who was an absolute God send) and she went way above and beyond what I thought an attorney would ever do for me. I will be forever grateful for her and i know I never wouldve had a chance if she hadn't taken my case!! I will never be able to thank her enough.
