Read MoreIm higly disappointed with the service I received from Don Himmelberg. I was highly recommended/referred to him by a friend of mine in the bondsman business. On our initial meeting at his office, I was very impressed by the location, office, his appearance, confidence and the fact he said he's been a lawyer for 25 years. I explained my case and showed proof to prove I was setup and wasn't guilty. He assured me that he would have the case dismissed and the charge expunged. Once we got to court he basically pressured me into taking the deal which was 26 classes, once a week. He didnt try to have the hearing. He said he didnt want to because we may end up going to trial, although I had enough evidence to win the case. Now im stuck taking an in person class once a week during the morning, which is a major inconvenience due to work. I basically handed him $2,000 to do nothing but show up for court. I would have gotten the same offer without an attorney since that was my first charge.
