Their team is completely disorganized, only letting an assistant take your case and asking the associate or senior lawyers to step in when something is wrong. My TN was rejected at the border because their paperwork was so bad with typos and the officer said they copied and pasted from the website. Before the paperwork was handed to me, they didn't even follow up with me about my actual job, no meetings, no nothing, no preparation, no where to go, no if there are appointment needed. I was so scared and following up everyday as my EAD was expiring. They first promised me three weeks and then it turned to almost 6. They know the law so they'll leave until the last minute to tell you they have paperwork missing, that's when their 30 days start according to their contract. At this point, I seriously think they are scams, all you're paying is for them to "draft" your papers and that's it. They don't care about you!! They absolutely don't give any care in the world whether you get your visa and it's all talk and brag during the consultation. There was no professional guidance as your attorney and so so hard to get replies. I hope people considering them can please stay away, they will put your visa at jeopardy and waste your money!
