Read MoreI wanted to take a few minutes to say how happy and grateful I am having you and your team on my side. It was very overwhelming to me when I first started looking around for solutions to my debt problem. My son heard about NDR on the radio, so we checked them out online and decided to go with them. NDR sent me to Gitmeid and that was basically who I always dealt with. I was very excited when they told me that they had settled 4 of my accounts after 6 months. I thought we were off to a great start, but then it slowly came to a major slow down. I sent them my paperwork from the summons I received from one of my creditors. Gitmeid called with a settlement that I just couldn't afford in November 2018 and that was the last I had heard from them. My son told me about LH&A and I thought I would give it a chance, after all what could it hurt? I can't believe the service I got from the very beginning. The paralegal assigned to me put me at ease from our very first conversation. I also spoke with 2 other attorneys who I felt listened to me and came up with various plans as to handling my account. The effort you and your firm put in to helping your clients is unbelievable as I found out speaking to all of you. They told me more about my court case with my one creditor than Gitmeid ever did. I then realized that I was dealing with amateurs (Gitmeid) compared to professionals (LH&A). Asking for help is not an easy thing for me to do, but everyone I have spoken with at your firm has made this task as simple as it can be for me. I can tell by talking to everyone there at LH&A that they have such compassion for each of their clients, me included. It would be impossible for me to ever say anything negative about your firm because of the courtesy each one of your staff members have, the constant up to the minute updates that I received, and most of all the professionalism everyone shows at LH&A.
